ProLight 15mJessernigg „NextGeneration“ sprayer is probably the best equipment/price ratio and probably the most modern carried sprayer in Europe. At Jessernigg you get more for your money. From 750 to max. 1.500 liter tank volume and max. 21 m boom. e.g. 1.200 liter with 15 m boom is just ca. 860 kg light!
ProLight 15mHardly any hoses. Hardly any controllers. All functions especially the cleaningfunctions are electric controlled from the tractor cabine as a standard. Jessernigg is offering those functions as a standard. That is unique in Europe. So there are hardly any chemical rests which means it is easy to clean and safe to work!
ProLight 12mThe mixer can be operated intuitive. By opening or closing the mixer it is autmatically switched on or off. It is sucking and dissolving ca. 60 liter/minute.
As soon as the mixer is opened, three switches are appearing. Water can be added additionally. The more water there is in the mixer, the better and faster granules are dissolved.
Of course in the inside of the mixer there is a cleaning rotation nozzle for canisters. As soon as the canister is pushed on the nozzle, it starts working.
The aluminium ledder and the big anti slip plateau is folded down or up in seconds. It is seldom used, because there is hardly a reason to climb it. Except mixer and filling water, everything is controlled electric from the tractor cabin as a standard.
The filling center is intuitive and safe to use. Every coupling is secured with a check valve. The selfsucking system (standard) is working with ca. 150 liter/min. So a 1.000 liter tank is filled in ca. 7 minutes.

The Jessernigg designed switch box makes spraying very easy. Not just section switches or pressure setting can be done at the swithbox, also all cleaning functions like cleanwatertank, hydraulic backflow stirring or the two inside rotation cleaning nozzles.

ProLight 12mThe Jessernigg 3D boom suspension makes the boom always parallel to the floor. No matter if the tractor is going up, down oder sideways. No matter how steep the ground is. Hydraulic angle setting is not necessary anymore, even if the costumer can order it as an option.
ProLight 12mFolding is individually. In any hight every side can be folded however the user wants to do. There are no limits. All nozzles are on inox pipes and they are completely secured. Jessernigg is using IDKN nozzles from Lechler with lowdrift system as a standard.
ProLight 12mBoom till 21m working width is just 2,55 m wide in transport position. In just 18 seconds a 15 m boom is folded from transport to working position. 1.200 liter with 15 m boom ist just ca. 860 kg light.

The machine „NextGeneration“ can be also delivered with a 15 m StarLight boom. It is even more compact (just ca. 2,35 total hight) and because boom is ca. 150 kg heavier it is working smoother! Lifetime and quality is similar like the „ProLight boom system“, but boom is smoother while working.
StarLight 15m150 kg more weight, means 150 kg more technics. So, if the tractor is strong enough, it is a good idea to invest in the heavier and more compact system.
StarLight 15mNG UltraLight: Beginning from 18 m wideness, all booms do have hydraulic angle setting as a standard, additional to the automatic 3D ground parallel suspension system. Just one hydraulic control unit (two hoses) is needed for all hydraulic functions beginning from 18 m boom as a standard.
