Outlet destillery DEA 150 (138 liter mash). The biggest one from Jessernigg. Hat and pan are produced in copper. Everything else is inox. Isolated with 30 mm rockwool. Double coated oven, for isolation. Mechanical gauges, even if the destillery is electric heated and computer controlled.
Outlet destillery DEA 100 (88 liter mash). The most sold one from Jessernigg. Simelar to DEA 150 just a bit smaller and quicker. No gaskets at the connection pipe, just brass cones. Fire, gas or electric heated, however the costumer wants to have it.
Copper pan is 3 mm thick. 75 cm diameter but just ca. 25 cm filling hight, makes the destillery very quick. Because of this special shape, stirring would be senseless. That safes money and gives safty!
Everything in the pan and in the outlet is destilled.
3“ outlet for quick change of mash. First the machine can be emptied and from the empty machine the hat can be taken off. So the user is secured from hot mash splashes.
Most sold: computer controlled! Anything else is hardly sold. No chimney, perfect controlling, fully autmatic. Siemens logo in combination with a few electronic sensors grant a perfect result.
The electric power is automatically controlled. Pressure from water coat is electronic controlled that it cannot be more than 0,4 bar. As a backup there is also a mechanical pressure valve.
Safty is the most important argument for computercontrolled. Of course people enjoy the comfort most. Either 10 KW, 16 ampere, 400 volt or 20 KW, 32 ampere, 400 volt.
Very simelar price. The difference is basicly software!
