Rebenschirm

Rebenschirm is a supplement for vineyard sprayer to reduce drift in the air and floor and to safe chemicals. It safes time, way distance and CO2. Because this tunnel is innovative light, it is save on steep slopes.

A side channel compressor pumps air in a foil hose. Between two hoses (ca. 250 mm diameter) there is a drift foil to collect the drift. The drift is filtered and pumped back to the main tank. Each side recycles ca. 12 l/min wich means 24 l/min in total.

Nozzles wich sprays from air filled hose inbound plus the conductet airflow grant that vine is wetted from both sides. Because the air hoses are just filled with air (no steel, no plastic, no hard material) it is safe to touch obstacles and plants. That makes working safe for the machine and for the enviroment.

Both sides can be moved by hydraulic without any steps from 180 cm till 320 cm.
The patented technics is controlled electric from the closed tractor cabine. Each side is controlled individually.

Due the large foil (closed on three sides and ca. 190 cm long) the sprayingmachine can be used even in light windy conditions with hardly drift. That is a big difference to standard steel tunnel machines. The tent foil is resisdent against all known chemicals and UV light. The foil is coated with PU which makes it extremly robust.

Two rows are treated at the same time. Vine is sprayed inbound and outbound. Phantastic covering is reached. Just every second way/track has to be driven. That saves time and is gentle to the ground. Because it is light, it can be used in steep slopes. That is a bigg difference to steel tunnel machines.

Each side or both sides together swing up by hydraulic. The blown up tent is flexibel, light and safe.

Even if the ground is wet and the slopes are steep can be worked with this innovativ tunnel system.

In just a few seconds the tent is blown up and ready for work. Also in just a few seconds the air is gone and automaticaly the tent goes in transport position.
